Pleroma is a Greek word which means everything required to make it full. We perceive the fullness God unfolded in the life of believers through Jesus Christ. It is clear that this dwells in Christ bodily and church is the body of Christ.
Pleroma trains believers for efficient ministry, at Pleroma believers are equipped for ministry, a deeper understanding of God is taught through the word of Christ which ought to dwell richly in the heart of believers. This school started when the vision bearer understands that it takes time for the truth to sink in the heart of a believer. The training follows an efficient program which allows students to progressively learn from the basics of the word to other revelations concerning doctrine.
It is a six-month program of intensive teaching to firmly root believers in the word of truth. Some come out and start ministries, others impact in the business world. The wholistic view of the body of Christ ought to be one that encompasses all the spheres of life. We purpose to grow believers in the variety of their gifts and ministries by the teaching of good doctrine which recognizes both the humanity and the deity of Christ. Our goal is to reach out as many as possible to bring a meaningful change both in the church and in the world. We are the light of the world if we only understand that this light is the word of God.
The completion of our courses does not mean the end point of the revelation of Christ it is just the basic of different encounters that one may have, it is ceaseless, it is a bottomless pit. We teach men to allow the spirit of God to teach them.
